"The Great Escape" Group/Workshop

We are excited to announce our next processing group/workshop of the year - "The Great Escape." These processing groups focus on strengthening and encouraging empowerment for those working with our youth across the Brazos Valley area. Some examples of audience members are: counselors/therapists, advocates, teachers, administrators, substance abuse professionals, medical professionals, youth leaders, faith-based leaders, non-profit communities, etc.

These groups are designed to provide the public with insightful methods and local resources to increase daily efficiency, aid in stress management, balance mental health and wellness, and build effective coping skills through the power of self-care. We will also be doing some hands-on activities throughout the day incorporating some of the tools discussed during the event (ie. yoga, meditation, "My Intent," etc.)
