Foster & Adoptive Families Support Group
This group will give foster and adoptive parents support, tools and tips for self-care, and an outlet to learn and raise concerns about social issues going on in today's young society and how to handle growth and trauma.

About the Event
Foster youth are just some of the vulnerable populations traffickers and/or pimps target. This group is hosted by the Trafficking and Exploitation Action Network, in partnership with the National Alliance on Mental Illness of the Brazos Valley and will give foster and adoptive parents support, tools and tips for self-care, and an outlet to learn and raise concerns about social issues going on in today's young society and how to handle growth and trauma.
Participation is free and voluntary; however, we do ask for registration so we have materials ready. Groups will be held weekly, on Wednesdays, from 6:00pm - 7:30pm at the NAMI-BV Office (3705 S. College Ave, Bryan, TX).
